What WELL covers
WELL v2 organises requirements into preconditions (mandatory) and optimisations (point-scoring). Air, Water and Light have the strongest IAQ implications and are where most projects focus first.
Who pursues WELL
Facility managers, property managers, HR and wellbeing leads, health & safety teams, workplace consultants and building owners pursuing premium positioning for workplace assets — typically high-quality offices, healthcare, education and hospitality.
How we support WELL
Gap analysis against the WELL scorecard, evidence pack drafting, on-site performance verification (IAQ, lighting, acoustics), and coordination with your WELL AP.
